The National Sports Week (PON) XXI 2024, held in Aceh and North Sumatra, was Indonesia's premier multi-sport event featuring thousands of athletes from across the nation. Yudhaka was responsible for delivering full broadcast production coverage from preparation to live transmission.
Yudhaka handled the entire broadcast infrastructure including technical crew, multi-camera setups, live switching, and signal distribution to national broadcasters. Our team coordinated closely with event organizers to ensure seamless coverage of all sporting disciplines.
The production team faced significant challenges coordinating across multiple venues spread across two provinces simultaneously. Tight broadcast windows and the scale of the event required precise planning and rapid deployment of equipment and personnel to maintain broadcast quality throughout the event.
